Personal Information

Danny Lehane has been representing clients since 1994, after graduating from the Birmingham School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate.  Prior to attending the Birmingham School of Law, Danny attended Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida where he lettered in basketball and was named Freshman Academic All-Conference.  He then attended and graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.  After graduating from Auburn, he taught at Hoover High School while attending law school.  He has continuously engaged in the private practice of law since 1994, his last year of teaching.

Danny’s first job as an attorney was with a large law firm where he tried numerous jury and bench trials throughout the state of Alabama.  After a successful solo practice from 1997-2004, Danny was a partner in the law firm Lewis, Feldman & Lehane.  He remained a partner until December 2017 before returning to being a solo practitioner.

Danny’s practice is primarily focused in cases involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security.  He has handled cases originating in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Alabama.  He has tried jury trials in many Alabama counties and handled Social Security cases throughout Alabama and the southeast.  Danny has spoken at conventions in New Orleans, Gulf Shores, and Birmingham covering topics such as handling an injury case from interview through trial, preparing a client for deposition, insurance coverages, and the general practice of law.

Danny believes being a solo practitioner provides him the opportunity to represent every client to the fullest. He meets with and spends time with every client. There is no middle person; all meetings and correspondence (emails, texts, phone calls, etc.) are with Danny.

Danny is from Birmingham and married to Paige Lehane.  They have one son and three daughters.
