Danny’s practice is focused in personal injury cases, workers’ compensation cases, and Social Security cases. He has handled injury cases originating in Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and throughout the state of Alabama. He has tried jury trials in numerous Alabama counties and has handled Social Security cases throughout Alabama and the southeast. He has spoken in seminars in New Orleans, LA, Gulf Shores, AL, and Birmingham, AL on numerous topics such as handling an injury case from interview through trial, preparing a client for deposition, the trial of a car wreck case, insurance coverages, and practicing law in general.
